There is no need to receive vitamin B6 concurrently (option 1). Alopecia and elevated blood glucose levels (options 3 and 4) are not related to sargramostim. Note that the client has cancer, and is receiving chemotherapy. Since these clients are high-risk for stomatitis, try to prevent this complication of chemotherapy.
